  3. cuadanica: The doorbell rang at 3:20 in the afternoon, which was rather odd because everyone was home, except for my dad, but he usually comes home at 3:30 or later on Saturdays. Kuya beat me to the door, he opened it, and there I saw him. I was feeling gloomy and still a bit upset after what happened last night. He handed me a dozen of roses (and my package which he picked up last night as well). I placed it on the table and there he came closer and gave me a hug. I buried my face onto his chest and hugged him tight. That hug made me feel so much better. It made me smile; not one of those big, goofy smiles but that little smile that shows relief and appreciation. There’s just something about his hugs. Hmm, something. He didn’t stay for a long time cause he had to drive somewhere. But for him to drop off at my house unexpectedly just to hug me, say “sorry” personally, and greet me “happy 15 months” was worth the 10 minutes. Thanks, boypran.
